The program of Anywayanyday and Alfa-Bank is over. The cards issued within this program are going to stay valid till February 2017.
"ANYWAYANYDAY — ALFA-BANK" BONUS PROGRAM REGULATIONS
1. GENERAL
Bukbilet LLC organises the Program. Its OGRN (Principle State Registration number) is 1077763052751, postal address is 7, building 12, Derbenevskaya Naberezhnaya, Moscow, 115114. The Regulations set the procedure of entering and participating in the program "ANYWAYANYDAY — ALFA-BANK".
The Partner with the Program is Alfa-Bank OJSC, OGRN: 1027700067328, postal address is 27, Kalantchevskaya st, Moscow, 107078.
2. DEFINITIONS:
In the Regulations hereinafter the following definitions are used:
Card activation is assignment of the status to a card by the Partner which allows card transactions in full volume in accordance with provisions of the agreement which regulates the card service. The Card activation is implemented by the Cardholder in the Partner's office or via Alfa-Consultant call centre.
Points are non-pecuniary unit given by the Organiser to the Participant onto the Bonus account as a result of Qualification Transactions in accordance with the Regulations. The Points allow the Participant to get rewards provided by the Organiser within the Program. Points are not a financial mean in any legislation, not a currency or a bond and cannot be used for cash or non-cash settlements.
Bonus account is a unified electronic data register, the maintenance of which is implemented by the Organiser through an IT-system and which contains, among other things, information on the balance, accrued and spent points on the Bonus account of every Participant. The Bonus account is and will by no means be any kind of bank, saving or other financial account. For Qualification Transactions the Participant receives Points on Bonus account from the Organiser.
Cardholder is a physical person, in whose name the Partner has issued the Card.
Secondary co-branding card is a bank card which has been issued and attached to the card account by the Partner as an addition to the Primary co-branding card.
Additional discount is a discount provided by the Organiser in accordance with clause 5.1 of the Regulations.
Anywayanyday — Visa — Alfa-Bank card (Co-branding card, Card) is a bank card of the global payment system VISA International, issued by the Partner, named Anywayanyday — Visa — Alfa-Bank card and allowing the Cardholder: to make non-cash payments for goods, services, receive money, make transactions using card details and participate in the Program in accordance with the Regulations.
Card account is a credit card account opened by the Partner, the Co-branding card is attached to by the Partner.
Qualification Transaction is a payment transaction with the Co-branding/Secondary card apart from those transactions that do not cause any Points: cash withdrawal, the Partner's card fees under the Partner's current fares, casino and gambling transactions, purchase of lottery tickets and bonds, transactions in favour of insurance companies and share funds, transactions with financial organisations, transactions in favour of pawnshops, any transactions connected with money transfer on the Partner or other banks' accounts, any transactions connected with money transfer because of web money amount changes (Yandex.Money, Webmoney, etc.), any transactions connected with payments made with commercial aims, i.e. payments for goods necessary for legal entities (e.g. payments for food products, furniture, etc. in large supermarkets).
Qualification period is a period of 12 consecutive months, whereas a Qualification period starts on the day the Qualification threshold 2 is reached.
Qualification threshold 1 is the turnover threshold for the Primary Co-branding card which is defined in clause 4.3 herein.
Qualification threshold 2 is the turnover threshold for the Primary Co-branding card which is defined in clause 4.3 herein.

Primary Co-branding card is the first card issued by the Partner in the Cardholder's name or the re-issued one in exchange for the previous primary card.
Partner is Alfa-Bank OJSC, OGRN: 1027700067328, postal address is 27, Kalantchevskaya st, Moscow, 107078.
Gift points are points given by the Organiser to the Participant on the latter's bonus account for each calender year of the card's validity starting with the first month following the month the card was activated, the points are given on the cardholder's birthday.
Regulations are these regulations that set rules of participation in ANYWAYANYDAY - ALFA-BANK program.
Greeting points are points given by the Organiser to the Participant on the latter's bonus account under clause 4.1 hereof.
Program is ANYWAYANYDAY - ALFA-BANK program.
Promocode is a unique code granting the Participant a right to receive an Additional discount depending on the amount of accrued Points.
Website is www.anywayanyday.com.
Discount is a discount given by the Organiser to the Participant upon reaching Qualification threshold 1 or Qualification threshold 2 for buying and air ticket and/or making a hotel room reservation on the Website in case the payment for that is made with the Primary Co-branding card.
Retail and service outlet is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur which accepts the Card as a payment method.
Participant is a participant of the Program which complies with the criteria indicated in clause 3 hereof.
3. PARTICIPATION
3.1 Among the Participants of the Program there can be persons over 18 who live on the territory of Russian Federation, hold a Primary Co-branding card and have confirmed they are familiar and agree with the Regulations through ticking in a special automated form on the Website while registering in the Program (hereinafter Registration in the Program means attaching the Primary card to the Bonus program by the Participant on anywayanyday.com).
3.2 The Agreement of the Participant with the current Regulations means also the agreement with all following changes and additions hereto, which are to be published on the Website.
3.3 The Primary Co-branding card holders can register with the Program as follows:
3.3.1 If the Holder does not own a personal account or a bonus account on the Website, the former puts in the e-mail information in the electronic form provided during the Registration in the Program. At the same time the Organiser creates a personal account on the Website for the Primary Co-branding card holder and opens a bonus account.
3.3.2 If there already are personal and bonus accounts on the Website, the Primary Co-branding card holder can register in the Program by filling out the form provided, filling in the e-mail information with the address which was used during the accounts were being created.
3.4 The moment of registration in the Program is the start of the Participation in the Program.
4. POINTS CALCULATION
4.1 Greeting Points
Upon the first Qualification Transaction with the Primary Co-branding card the Organiser gives a single set of Greeting points to the Participant as follows:
- 450 points for a Visa Classic,
- 600 points for a Visa Gold,
- 750 points for a Visa Platinum.
4.2 Qualification transaction points
4.2.1 For Qualification Transactions with the Primary or Secondary Co-branding cards the Organiser gives points to the Participant as follows:

4.2.2 For Qualification Transactions on the Website with the Primary or Secondary Co-branding cards the Organiser with no regard to the type of card gives additional points to the Participant in accordance with the standard bonus program as follows:www.anywayanyday.com/awadbonus/

4.3 Discounts depending on the kind of the Primary Co-Branding card
For the sake of interpretation within these Regulations the definition Qualification threshold 1 means a level of the Primary Co-branding card turnover upon reaching which the Participant receives a single discount in the amount described in the table below.
Upon reaching Qualification threshold 1 the Participant has a right to a discount on one transaction on the Website or to continue gaining points with the Primary Co-branding card to reach Qualification threshold 2.
Upon a successful transaction on the Website with the single discount the Qualification turnover on the Primary Co-banding card is reduced for the Qualification Threshold 1 turnover which is needed to get the single discount, the amount is given in the table below.
Qualification threshold 2 means a level of the Primary Co-branding card turnover upon reaching which the Participant receives a discount in the amount described in the table below. The Discount is effective within 12 months since Qualification threshold is reached.
As the 12 months are over, the Primary Co-branding card turnover provided upon reaching Qualification threshold 2 is set to zero and started anew.
As the Qualification threshold 2 is reached, the effective Discount term is prolonged for 12 more months since the threshold is reached.

4.4 Annually the Participant receives 600 Gift points from the Organiser upon the fact of the Participant's birthday regardless of the kind of Card.
4.5 When calculating the amount of Points to put on the Bonus account for Qualification transactions, the organiser rounds downs to the whole number the amount for every transaction.
4.6 The points for Qualification transactions are automatically put on the bonus account within up to three working days since the information about the Transaction is received from the Partner.
4.7 Every Participant is allowed to have only one bonus account. The Participant's points and account cannot be transferred or united with those of other Participants or participants of other bonus programs. The Points and bonus account cannot be given to other persons.
4.8 The amount of accrued points can be checked in the Personal account on the Website.
5. USE OF POINTS
5.1 The accrued points can be used by the Participant for getting an additional discount while paying for air tickets and hotel reservations on the Website. The additional account can reach 100% of the air ticket or hotel reservation price. In the Personal account the Participant can indicate the amount of points to be used. A promocode is created automatically which the Participant needs to enter when paying for the air ticket or hotel reservation to get an additional disscount. The promocode is effective within three calender days since it is received. If the additional account equals 100% of the air ticket or hotel booking price, in order to confirm the transaction the Participant is going to need to pay several additional units of the currency the transaction was made in.
5.2 According to these Regulations, one Point equals one rouble.
5.3 The accrued Points of the Participant are automatically set to zero, in case the Participant does not make any air ticket or hotel booking payment transactions on the Website within a year and a half.
6. CANCELLATION OF POINTS AND DISCOUNTS
6.1 In case of full or partial cancellation of the Qualification transaction for which the Points were not given by the Organiser, the Points are not to be calculated.
6.2 In case of full or partial cancellation of the Qualification transaction for which the Points were given by the Organiser, Points are written off of the Bonus account in proportion to the amount of the Qualification transaction.
6.3 In case of full cancellation of the Transaction for which the Participant received a single Discount usually provided upon reaching Qualification threshold 1, the Primary Co-branding card turnover is automatically restored.
6.4 In case of partial cancellation of the Transaction for which the Participant received a single Discount usually provided upon reaching Qualification threshold 1, the Primary Co-branding card turnover is not to be restored. And the discount, provided by the Organiser, is not be restored as money.
6.5 In case of full or partial cancellation of the Transaction for which the Participant received a single Discount usually provided upon reaching Qualification threshold 2, the Primary Co-branding card turnover is not to be restored. And the discount, provided by the Organiser, is not be restored as money.
6.6 In case of full or partial cancellation of the Transaction for which the Participant received an additional Discount, the Organiser automatically restores points on the Bonus account in proportion to the amount of the cancelled Qualification transaction.
6.7 In case of partial cancellation of the Transaction for which the Participant received an additional Discount, the Promocode is not to be restored.
6.8 In case of full or partial exchange of the air ticket or changes in hotel reservation the Organiser provided with an additional discount for, the Promocode is not to be restored.
Caution: The Organiser preserves the right to write off points of the Participant's bonus account in amounts proportional to fines and other payments to be paid by the Participant to the Organiser in case of the transaction cancellation, provided that there is not enough money to return by the Participant to the Organiser as a result of the transaction cancellation.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1 The Program, these Regulations and any activities related to the Program are governed by the Russian legislation.
7.2 The Program is not a public offer. The participation in the Program does not equal the signing of any public offer agreements or imply any commitments between the Organizer and Participants. The Organizer is entitled to make any amends to the Regulations at its own discretion at any moment without prior notification. The Organiser is entitled to prematurely stop and/or suspend the Program. The Organiser shall inform the Participants about the cessation or the suspension of the Program 30 calender days before the fact by e-mail. And the Points given by the Organiser before the cancellation date can be used before they expire.
7.3 In case of cessation or suspension of the Program the Card is effective until the expiration date indicated on it.
7.4 All detailed information, the Regulations, any amendments and additions to them, any information on pre-schedule cancellation or suspension of the Program and any other information related to the Program is contained on www.anywayanyday.com.
7.5 Not allowed is the ticket sale by the Participant, for buying which tickets the Participant used a Discount/ an additional Discount ("Bonus tickets"), and auction sale of such tickets which is not a proper use ("Commercial use"). The Organiser can make a conclusion whether or not the use of bonus tickets is commercial, based on the available information, including that received from the media or customers' complaints or from the results of own investigations.
7.6 In case the Participant violates the Regulations or the Organiser discovers any frauds aimed at receiving Discounts, the Organiser preserves the right to decline giving the Discount, block the Participant's bonus account indefinitely and annul all the accrued Points or even the Bonus account. In case the Bonus account is annulled, further participation or new registration in the Program are not allowed.
7.7 The Regulations prevail over the content of any other informational or advertising materials related to the Program.
7.8 The Participant is liable to pay all applicable taxes under the current Russian legislation.
7.9 In case of any disagreements about interpreting and applying the Regulations or other documentation, which might be caused by translation mistakes or inaccuracies, prevailing is the Russian text of Regulations.
7.10 By taking part in the Action, the Participant agrees to his personal data being processed or transferred by the Organiser to the Partner or a third party for reasons related to the current Program only.
7.11 The Organiser is not liable for the quality of services rendered by the Partner to the Participant.
7.12 The Organiser and the Partner are not liable for any technical glitches, including untimely delivery of e-mails or any other errors in internet service providers' work.
7.13 The Organiser and the Partner are not liable for any losses suffered by the Participant as a result of latter's participation in the Program.
